These Terms govern the website and services of NIGABI CAPITAL, a brand operated by GorillaGroup LLC, [Address — to be added], USA ("we", "us"). Contact: support@DEINE-DOMAIN.com.
We provide (a) a free educational Telegram community with market commentary, trade ideas and training materials, provided free of charge and without subscription; and (b) Instant Funded Accounts: paid access to a simulated trading environment credited with virtual capital of $10,000, $50,000 or $100,000, with performance-based rewards as described below.
Funded accounts operate in a simulated environment with virtual funds. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser or financial institution; we do not accept client deposits for trading and we do not execute transactions on real financial markets on your behalf. All content, including trade ideas and signals, is educational information and does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. One funded account program per person unless we approve otherwise. Identity verification (KYC) is required before the first payout. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
Profit split: 80% to the trader, 20% to us. Maximum overall drawdown: 8% of initial virtual balance; maximum daily drawdown: 4%. Breaching a drawdown limit ends the account without refund of the fee. Prohibited: exploiting simulation, latency or data errors; coordinated or opposite ("hedged") trading across multiple accounts; copy-trading between funded accounts; use of the account by third parties. Violations lead to termination and forfeiture of pending rewards.
Reward payouts are available every 14 days, minimum payout $50, processed within 5 business days after approval and successful KYC. Payouts are performance rewards under this agreement, not investment returns.
Funded account fees are one-time fees payable in advance and are subject to our Refund Policy. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse or unlawful conduct. You may stop using the services at any time.
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing herein limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. We may update these Terms; the current version is always available on this website.

When you purchase a funded account: name, e-mail address, Telegram username, order details. Payment data (card number etc.) is processed directly by Stripe, Inc.; we never see or store full card details. Before your first payout we process identity verification (KYC) data. When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical log data (IP address, browser, timestamps).
We process data to provide the services and process payments (performance of a contract), to comply with legal obligations (accounting, anti-fraud, sanctions screening) and for our legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention).
We share data only with service providers needed to run the services: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, Telegram (community access) and, where applicable, a KYC verification provider. We do not sell personal data. The live market prices shown on this site are loaded from third-party APIs (e.g. Binance, Frankfurter); when your browser requests them, those providers receive your IP address.
Data is processed in the USA and, where required, in other countries with appropriate safeguards. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for statutory retention periods.
Depending on your location (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact support@DEINE-DOMAIN.com.

Access to the Telegram community is free of charge; no payments, no refunds necessary.
You may request a full refund of the one-time fee within 14 days of purchase, provided the funded account has not been activated and no trade has been placed. Once your account credentials are issued and you place your first trade, the service has been fully performed and the fee is non-refundable. By activating the account you expressly request immediate performance and, where applicable (e.g. EU/UK consumers), acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal expires upon full performance.
Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full. Contact us with your order confirmation.
E-mail support@DEINE-DOMAIN.com from the address used at checkout, including your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback; most issues are resolved within one business day.
